Shipping Policy

Most items are shipped from the US Oregon Paramotor warehouse within 1-2 business days, using USPS or UPS. Larger items such as OneWheel, paramotors, and paragliders usually ship from either the US distributor or the manufacturers factory, using UPS or FedEx, usually within 2-4 weeks. Prior to placing your order for the larger items not in stock at the Oregon Paramotor warehouse, you will be in contact with the team and you will be told the anticipated date of shipment and delivery.

Shipping costs vary from item to item. Typically we ship only to the contiguous 48 states, but special arrangements can be made. You will see the shipping costs once you begin the checkout process via the online store, or as you are in contact with a member of our team for larger purchases.

If an item does not arrive in the condition expected, goes missing, or has a delivery exception, contact oregonparamotor@gmail.com as soon as possible to get the issue resolved.

Oregon Paramotor is honored to have your business! We strive to provide the best customer service possible, therefore upon receiving your new equipment you have 15 days to notify us of any product damage as a result of shipping. In order to process these types of returns in a timely manner, we will need photos of both the box and the damaged equipment. For your safety, do not use damaged goods.


Return / Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from Oregon Paramotor. Unfortunately, most manufacturers of larger items, such as onewheels, paragliders or paramotors, do not allow returns or cancellations of orders placed with them. With that in mind, Oregon Paramotor does not allow cancellations of orders after a 24 hour period, and we do not accept returns of equipment that was received in good working order.

Smaller items, such as parts, throttles, or kiting harnesses, in new and unused condition, can be returned within 15 days, for a full refund, minus credit card fees and return shipping costs.
